AlertEzy is the result of over 35 years of innovation in the industry. The founder Andrew started out helping his elderly grandmother in the United Kingdom at age 15. His elderly grandmother was suffering from memory issues and had a caregiver at night. She would get up at night and wonder around which was a hazard. Andrew designed a system to alert the caregiver when she got up at night so the caregiver would be woken up.

Andrew attended college in the UK at age 16 and entered the security and electronic industry, at the same time working for the UK's leading security company Chubb. At age 21 Andrew started his own business in Canada and has since been a leading in the Medical Alert industry and Security industry leading innovation.
